Contact Us

We are glad to hear from our readers. Whether you have a question about a Geometry Dash guide, found a mistake, or want to send us a copyright or privacy request, the information below tells you where to write and what to expect.

How to reach us

Email: geometrydashapkk@gmail.com

Response time: We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Copyright notices and privacy requests are handled as quickly as we can.

When you write, please include the link to the page you are asking about and, for technical problems, your device model and Android or iOS version. This helps us give you a useful answer the first time.

What you can contact us about

  • Questions about our guides. Version differences, installation steps, game modes, controls or fixes that we have covered or should cover.
  • Corrections. If you believe a fact, date or version number on this site is wrong, send us the page link and the source that shows the correct information. We review every report and fix confirmed errors.
  • Suggestions. Tell us which guide or topic you would like to see next.
  • Copyright notices. Please read our DMCA Policy first and include all the details listed there so that we can act quickly.
  • Privacy requests. To ask us to access, correct or delete personal data, or to ask a question about cookies and ads, see our Privacy Policy and write to the address above.
  • Advertising and business enquiries. Sponsorship, partnership or advertising questions are welcome. We only work with partners whose products are legal and safe, and we will not publish anything that promotes pirated or modified game files.
  • Reporting a broken link or a safety concern. If a link on our site does not work or seems unsafe, tell us right away and we will check it.

What we cannot help with

Geometry Dash APK is an independent fan information website. We are not RobTop Games, and we do not run the game or its servers. That means we cannot:

  • recover lost saves, accounts or purchases;
  • give refunds for the game;
  • fix bugs inside the official game;
  • unlock levels, icons or rewards for you.

For those problems, please contact the developer through the official Geometry Dash website at robtopgames.com, or contact the store where you bought the game: Google Play, the Apple App Store or Steam.

A note about safety

We will never ask for your passwords, payment details or account login, and we will never ask you to install software by email. If you receive a message that claims to be from us and asks for any of those things, do not reply. Write to us at the address above to confirm.
